HIDDEN HEROES CITIES SUMMIT

Join fellow military and veteran caregivers as we explore methods to build hope and resiliency.  Participate in educational sessions on grief and loss, communication as key to advocating for yourself and your family, and planning and decision-making when your partner has a traumatic brain injury or post-traumatic stress disorder.  Meet fellow caregivers and service providers and join us for breakfast, lunch, community resources and opportunity drawings.  *Breakfast and lunch sponsored by Yellow Ribbon Fund, Inc.

  • This interactive brain training program helps you enhance cognitive performance and put into practice habits that can help exploit your brain’s untapped potential.
  • More than a decade of clinical trials have demonstrated that the strategies taught in this workshop strengthen the brain’s frontal networks – regions that support attention, planning, judgment, and emotional management.
  • Training provided by a team from the Brain Performance Institute of the Center for BrainHealth at the University of Texas, Dallas.
