“Brain Training for Military Spouses and Caregivers” attendance required on both days from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.

  • This interactive brain training program helps you enhance cognitive performance and put into practice habits that can help exploit your brain’s untapped potential.
  • More than a decade of clinical trials have demonstrated that the strategies taught in this workshop strengthen the brain’s frontal networks – regions that support attention, planning, judgment, and emotional management.
  • Training provided by a team from the Brain Performance Institute of the Center for BrainHealth at the University of Texas, Dallas.

11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. / How to advocate to get what you need for your Veteran, your family and yourself.  Successful methods to communicate effectively to navigate obstacles.
